If you are an existing www.simplicite.com.au customer and this your first time visiting our new website, you will need to re-register. If you have already registered as a customer on this website and have forgotten your password, click on the ‘My Account’ link at the top of the page, then on the Forgotten your password? link.

My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?
If you have waited the required delivery time and your order hasn’t arrived, please visit our Shipping and Delivery page for instructions on how to track the status of your parcel online. If you need more assistance please contact us.
I forgot to include an item with my order, is it too late to change my order?
Please contact us immediately if you forgot to include an item with your order. In most cases, orders are dispatched same day so if we can add the extra product on time we will certainly do so. However once the order is processed we’re unable to amend an order. In this instance, please place a new order online.
Do you provide samples?
